The new holder of the order will receive an email confirming the transfer. Using the same email that was registered in the received credential, the new holder must create an account on the Mundo Ticket website or, if they already have an account, log in to the site. In the “My Tickets” section, they will be able to view the received ticket.
It is important for the person making the transfer to pay attention to the registered email.
