The Upgrade is the procedure we perform when changing the type of ticket:
- Half-Price Ticket to Social Ticket;
- Half-Price Ticket to Full Ticket;
- Social Ticket to Full Ticket;
Upon payment of the price difference for these tickets.
This procedure is available on the Mundo Ticket website; here is the step-by-step guide on how to upgrade your ticket.
It is important to emphasize that the Upgrade is only for changing the type of ticket; it is not possible to change the type of credential or the event date.
It is also not possible to change a ticket type to a lower value; for example, if you purchased a full ticket, it cannot be exchanged for a Half-Price or Social ticket.
For customers who opted for order shipping, we recommend making the Upgrade as soon as possible so that your order is delivered with the updated credential. If the Upgrade is done after the order has been issued, you will need to go to the Event Box Office to exchange the tag on your credential.
The price difference will be based on the current sales batch of the event.
